Isaac Mamaysky, Esq.

As QuantStreet’s cofounder and COO, Isaac oversees the firm’s business and operations and works closely with our clients. He helps shape the firm’s strategic direction and service offerings, leads business development and marketing, and oversees legal and compliance matters. Isaac has extensive experience in law and management, is a regular speaker at a wide range of industry conferences and events, and has published numerous articles in academic law journals and industry publications.

In addition, Isaac is an adjunct professor at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He teaches Corporations & Partnerships, Securities Regulation, and Employment Law. Isaac has also spent many years as a partner in Potomac Law Group PLLC, a national corporate law firm where he founded the Investment Advisers & Asset Managers practice. Beyond law, Isaac is a cofounder and executive director of a large youth-focused nonprofit.
