Isaac has over a decade of experience spanning corporate law, ethics and compliance, and management. He is an adjunct professor of law and regular speaker in industry and academic forums. Isaac has published and been quoted in dozens of articles on law, compliance, and management.
Isaac is a partner in Potomac Law Group PLLC, a national corporate law firm where he founded the Investment Advisers, Asset Managers & Private Funds practice. Isaac provides strategic business, ethics and compliance, and employment counsel to management teams and in-house attorneys across industries.
Through his role at Potomac Law Group, Isaac held a multi-year secondment as a senior consultant to Pricewaterhouse Coopers. He began his legal career in the securities litigation department of the global law firm Bingham McCutchen, which has since merged with Morgan Lewis.
Beyond law, Isaac is a founder and officer of a large public health organization that has employed about 1,000 people over the past decade. Through this role, he has extensive experience in organizational leadership, management, strategic planning, and compliance.
In addition, Isaac is an adjunct professor at Albany Law School, where he teaches at the intersection of management, employment law, and ethics and compliance. He has published and been quoted in dozens of articles on these topics, including in the UC Davis Business Law Journal, the Journal of Regulatory Compliance, the ABA Journal of Labor and Employment Law, Fortune Magazine, Lexis Nexis’ Law360, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
