Isaac has extensive experience in law and management, is a regular speaker at a wide range of industry conferences and events, and has published numerous articles in academic law journals and industry publications.
Isaac is QuantStreet’s cofounder, chief operating officer, and head of compliance. In addition, Isaac is a partner in Potomac Law Group PLLC, a national corporate law firm where he founded the Investment Advisers & Asset Managers practice. Isaac is also an adjunct professor at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He teaches Corporations & Partnerships, and Employment Law.
Isaac has published legal articles in various law journals, including the: Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance; Duke Law Journal Online; the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law; the UC Davis Business Law Journal; the Santa Clara Law Review; and other publications. His writing has also appeared on Kitces and Advisor Perspectives.
Beyond law, Isaac is a cofounder and executive director of a large youth-focused nonprofit. At QuantStreet, Isaac brings together his legal and management experience to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization and its regulatory compliance.
Isaac graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law and summa cum laude from the University of Rhode Island Honors Program.
